This letter shall serve as Collier County's notice of intent to terminate the lease of that certain
property located at the Southwest corner of the intersection of 8th Street NE and Randall
Boulevard, having an address of 710 Randall Boulevard, and being more particularly described
as All of Tract 126, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 23, according to the plat thereof, recorded in
the official records of Collier County, Florida, in Plat Book 7, Page 9 (Lease Agreement dated
September 23, 1986, a copy of which is enclosed herewith).
