WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was given as required by law, and

the ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners,

7 , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described plat be and is
hereby vacated:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County and to make correction on ' r
