Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners approve the settlement in Bettencourt v. Collier County, Case Al~ril 9, 2002 No. 00-0283-CA, now pending in the Twentieth Judicial Court in and for Collier County, Florida, pursuant to which the County would pay $150,000 and all claims against the County would be dismissed with prejudice.
