NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, that: SECTION ONE: The zoning classification of the real property as more particularly described by Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and located in Section 31, Township 46 South, Range 29 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from "A" Rural Agricultural to "RSF-5" Residential Single Family with a density cap of four (4) units per acre on the Official Zoning Atlas Map numbered 6931N, as described in Ordinance 91-102, as amended, the Collier County Land Development Code is hereby amended accordingly. The preliminary subdivision plat shall show the areas where the native vegetation will either be retained or replanted in all three strata. e) The preliminary subdivision plat shall provide the required 25-foot buffer setback from the stream or evidence that the South Florida Water Management District is accepting a reduction in the buffer requirement. f) The applicant shall be responsible at no cost to Collier County for the construction of mm lanes at the new project entrance on Little League Road when requested by the Collier County Transportation Department.
