RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING A
BOOK OSl PbOE 58 SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS
FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida, is contemplating the construction of exten- ! ("
sive water and sewer systems throughout the area of said County,
and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of said Board to make
applications to the State of Florida Department of Environmental
Regulation and other concerned agencies for construction permi.tn ,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to officially have and appoint
of record one individual to execute the necessary applications
tr and documents to the State of Florida Deparment of Environmental
Regulation and other concerned agencies.
\ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY

COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County Utility
Director, Irving L. Berzon, be and he hereby is appointed and
authorized to execute the documents aforesaid for and on behalf
of Collier County.
