The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the JAK document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable. 6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's JAK signature and initials are required. 7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip JAK should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. WILLIAMS TO THE GOLDEN GATE BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-78 confirmed the creation of the Golden Gate Beautification Advisory Committee which advises the Board of County Commissioners (Board) on matters pertaining to the Golden Gate Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU); and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 87-78, as subsequently amended, provides that this Advisory Committee shall consist of five members who represent the voting precincts within the MSTU; and WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee has provided the Board with its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that JENNIFER W.
