AGREEMENT made this 10th day of June,1986 to provide for deletion of activities not related to the County's contract with the Florida Department of Community Affairs and providing for a limited extension by amending the termination date stated within the Original Agreement made the 8th day of October, 1985, by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and AB2MT Consultants Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Consultant". NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: 1. The Consultant will provide the following professional services to the County: ■ a. Work with the Administrator of the Community Development Division, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator," on all matters pertaining to Collier County's contract with the Florida Department of Community • Affairs. In addition, this Agreement shall terminate upon any of the following: i a. Satisfactory completion of responsibilities and duties. b. Failure to meet aforementioned contractural stipulations, • or c. Ten days' notice by either party. 10. In advance of performing all assigned tasks the Consultant shall obtain from the Administrator authorization to proceed with specific tasks. . 0.
