between Collier County and AB2MT Consultants, INC. in substantially the
form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", providing
for deletion of activities not related to the County's Contract with the
Florida Department of Community Affairs and providing for a limited
extension of termination of services rendered.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT made this 10th day of June,1986 to provide for deletion
of activities not related to the County's contract with the Florida
Department of Community Affairs and providing for a limited extension by
amending the termination date stated within the Original Agreement made
the 8th day of October, 1985, by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, and AB2MT Consultants Inc.,
hereinafter referred to as "Consultant".
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows:
1. The Consultant will provide the following professional services to
the County:

a. Work with the Administrator of the Community Development Division,
hereinafter referred to as "Administrator," on all matters pertaining
to Collier County's contract with the Florida Department of Community

Affairs. This work shall include but not necessarily be limited to:

8. Travel to regulating agencies if requried, such travel to be
funded by Collier County. All travel expenses must be
approved in advance by the Administrator and the Collier

11. Maintenance of Contract financial records, and the
preparation and submission of periodic fund reimbursement

2. The Consultant shall report to and coordinate activities and .
duties with the Administrator during the course of this contract.
3. This contract and the professional responsibilities associated
with it shall extend from the period of September 26, 1985 to Pebruery

activities not to exceed 60 hours.

services as required to complete all tasks, projects,. and reports

necessarily limited to, those duties and responsibilities as outlined
in this contract. Hours of service shall be coordinated with, and

be an independent contractor and shall not be classified as, or
considered, an agent or employee of Collier County. The Consultant

shall not be entitled to benefits typically awarded to County employees,
" including but not limited to, participation in group life or health '
insurance programs or pension plans of the County, unemployment
compensation or worker's compensation, vacation benefits, sick leave

other insurance protection, such insurance must be obtained solely by

the Consultant and Collier County shall have no responsibility for

agreed that the Consultant releases Collier County from any and all
liability for injuries or damage to the Consultant which occur during

agrees to indemnify and'hold harmless Collier County from all claims or

8. This Agreement shall become effective immediately, retroactive to

September 26, 1985 upon execution thereof by both parties.
9. This Agreement shall terminate, at the latest, on February-28,
1986 July-31T-l986•r-September 30, 1986, with audit related activities not
to exceed 60 hours. In addition, this Agreement shall terminate upon
any of the following:

a. Satisfactory completion of responsibilities and duties.
b. Failure to meet aforementioned contractural stipulations,
• or
c. Ten days' notice by either party.
10. In advance of performing all assigned tasks the Consultant shall
obtain from the Administrator authorization to proceed with specific
tasks. .
