Dear Sir, The collection lines of subject facility are presently in use and it would be very hard to run an infiltration test on them. From the capacity analysis report of last year on this facility we know that the sewage flow is approximate 86% of the water consumption which shows that there may be a little infiltration. Since the owner of the sewage collection system are paying the Collier County Water-Sewer District on the metered amount of sewage a little infiltration should not make any difference.
