Certification of pressure testing of water lines by Engineer of Record 10. Bacteriological clearances (DER certification) for water facilities 11. Contractor's Final Release of Lien Memorandum to Maureen Kenyon, Supervisor, Clerk to Board August 7, 2000 Page Two 12. Lab results on bacteriological test for water lines 13. Verification of final cost (Detailed: quantities, sizes, unit cost, total cost, etc. ) 14. Letter by Engineer certifying that all water and/or sewer facilities are located within the public right-of-way or dedicated easements 15. Contractual Guarantee for material and workmanship for a period of at least one year after the Board of County Commissioners' acceptance for both water and sewer facilities 16.
