Resolution 2015-205 RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 205
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MICHAEL PRIOLETTI,
AND REAPPOINTING GARY D. LIND, SUZANNE BRADACH, AND
GLEN D. HARRELL, TO THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 80-66 established the Housing Finance
Authority of Collier County, Florida (Authority) pursuant to Chapter 159, Part IV, Florida
Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80-66 provides that the Authority shall be composed of five
members with not less than three of the members knowledgeable in the fields of labor, finance or
commerce; and
WHEREAS, four seats on this Authority have expired this year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, has provided the
Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that MICHAEL PRIOLETTI,
representing the category of finance, is hereby appointed to the Housing Finance Authority to a
four year term which shall expire on September 11, 2019; and that GARY D. LIND and
SUZANNE BRADACH, representing the category of finance, and GLEN D. HARRELL,
representing the category of labor and commerce, are each hereby reappointed to their respective
seats to new four years terms which shall expire on September 11, 2019.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after majority vote on the 13th day of October, 2015.
