In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip JAK should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. Attachment 161-14 RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - 9 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING SHERWIN H. RITTER TO THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER AND WASTEWATER AUTHORITY. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 96-6 established the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority to regulate utility rates and related matters regarding non-exempt water and wastewater utilities in unincorporated Collier County; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 96-6, as amended, provides that the Authority shall be composed of five members; three members with technical expertise and two members with experience in any area of regulation; and WHEREAS, the term of Dr. Sherwin H. Ritter will expire on May 21, 2014; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties. WHEREAS, the Water and Wastewater Authority has provided the Board of County Commissioners with its recommendation for reappointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that SHERWIN H. RITTER, in the category of member with technical expertise in business administration, is hereby reappointed to the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority for a four-year term, said term to expire on May 21, 2018.
