In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip SRT should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 88 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY APPROVING THE NAMING OF THE BRIDGE ACROSS THE COCOHATCHEE RIVER THE "FRANK HALAS BRIDGE" AND THE PATHWAY ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF VANDERBILT DRIVE THE "MEMORIAL PATHWAY." WHEREAS, on April 8, 2014, County staff presented the Vanderbilt Drive Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Improvement Study to the Board of County Commissioners to request approval for construction of pathways, shoulders, crosswalks and other safety enhancements that were requested by the public along the Vanderbilt Drive corridor; and WHEREAS, after public request it has been determined that naming the bridge across the Cocohatchee River the "Frank Halas Bridge" would be a fitting honor to Frank Halas for his many years of service as the County Commissioner of that district; and WHEREAS, it has also been determined that it is appropriate to name the pathway along the west side of Vanderbilt Drive the "Memorial Pathway," in order to honor those who have lost their lives while bicycling or walking in Collier County. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA,that: 1. The bridge over the Cocohatchee River shall hereafter be named the"Frank Halas Bridge." 2.
