"Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's signature and initials are required. 7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. The document was approved by the BCC on September 22,2015 and all changes made during the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the BCC,all changes directed by the BCC have been made, and the document is ready for the Chairman's signature. 1° I:Forms/County Forms/BCC Forms/Original Documents Routing Slip WWS Original 9.03.04,Revised 1.26.05,Revised 2.24.05;Revised 11/30/12 16A 2 RESOLUTION NO. 15- 1 8 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN MOORGATE POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 64 THROUGH 67; AND RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on December 13, 2005, approved the plat of Moorgate Point for recording; and WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage improvements and release of his maintenance security; and WHEREAS, the Natural Resources and Engineering Division has inspected the roadway and drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Moorgate Point, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, pages 64 through 67, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage improvements within Moorgate Point will be maintained privately in the future and will not be the responsibility of Collier County.
