Dear Ms.Deyo:
On behalf of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners,I am writing to inform you that the
County Manager's staff has reviewed Greely and Hansen LLC's"AC Water Main&Undersized Water
Main Replacement Environmental Report,"dated June 2015.This report is relative to the Immokalee
Water and Sewer District's loan and grant application to the USDA Rural Utilities Service for the
replacement of approximately 50 miles of existing asbestos cement(AC)and undersized potable water
mains.
Based on the information provided in the referenced report,and review of the Immokalee Area Master
Plan Element of the Collier County Growth Management Plan,staff has determined that the
aforementioned project is consistent with the current development plans for Collier County.
