Resolution 2015-172 RESOLUTION NO. 2015-1 72 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO DISCLAIM, RENOUNCE AND VACATE THE COUNTY AND THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THREE (3) UTILITY EASEMENTS AS SHOWN AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4101, PAGE 701, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4171, PAGE 634 & OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5065, PAGE 1479 AND TWO (2) DRAINAGE EASEMENTS AS SHOWN AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5121, PAGE 1593 & OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5121, PAGE 1734,ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
