A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY
AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN RIVERWOOD EAST
UNUIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 90; AND ACCEPTANCE
OF THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE
ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
December 9, 1986 approved the plat of Riverwood East Unit No. 3 for recording; and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1987, the required improvements received preliminary
acceptance; and
WHEREAS, the Property Owners are requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements within the public road rights of way depicted on this plat; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Services Division has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements within the road rights of way, and is recommending final acceptance of
said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway improvements in Riverwood East Unit No. 3, pursuant to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 90, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the
maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Riverwood East Unit No. 3 road rights of way will be maintained by
Collier County. The drainage system and lakes outside of the road rights of way will be privately
maintained by the Riverwood Homeowner's Association.
