BUILDING ENTERPRISES CORP. (ROBERT WELLS & GLADYS JOHNSON)
Attached you will find the unrecorded Drainage and Maintenance Easement executed by
Building Enterprises Corp. concerning the S. R. 29 - Immokalee Drainage Canal for your
records.
Our Department acquired the Drainage and Maintenance Easement but was unable to record
in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. This was due to the fact that the owner of the
property, Building Enterprises Corp., did not submit its payment to Collier County for the
replacement of the culvert crossings. Therefore, I am forwarding the original document to
your attention for safekeeping.

Florida corporation, by Robert J. Wells and Gladys Johnson, a majority of its Board of
Directors as trustees in dissolution, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 66, Everglades
City, Florida 34139, as Grantor, to BOARD OF COUNTY COMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, its successors and assigns, which will be utilized by the Stormwater
Management Department, whose mailing address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida
34112. as Grantee.
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee. its successors
and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement, license and privilege to enter upon.
construct and maintain drainage and utility facilities on the following described lands located
in Collier County. Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, together with the right to enter
upon sa~d land. excavate, remove or replace materials for the purpose of constructing,
operating and maintaining drainage and utility facilities thereon. Grantee will not remove any
tree(s} to the maximum extent possible. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural.
