Based on the information provided, District rules have been adhered to and an Environmental Resource Standard General Incidental Site Activities Permit is in effect for: land clearing within the upland areas of the project and excavation of Lakes 11 14 and 15. , Subject to: 1. Not receiving a timely filed request for a Chapter 120 Florida Statutes administrative hearing, ' , 2. the enclosed General Conditions, 3. Obtaining all required federal, state, local and special district authorizations prior to the start of any activity approved by this permit. 4.
