WHEREAS,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-102, THE
COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE WHICH ESTABLISHED
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBERED 9621 BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM RSF-3 TO RMF-6
RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
1N SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Carlos Morales, representing La Quinta Homes, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida that:
SECTION ONE:
The zoning classification of the real property more particularly described as:
Lot 1, Block 194, Golden Gate Unit 6, as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Pages 124-134 of Official Records of Collier County, Florida
property is the same for which the rezone is hereby approved.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
