PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Fun Time Early Learning Academy, located in River Park, is one of the
first 501 (c) (3) entitled organizations in Collier County; and,
WHEREAS, This year Fun Time will be celebrating 55 years in the River Park
community; and,
WHEREAS, Franny Kain's many accomplishments as Executive Director of the
Academy since 2006 include assisting in the lengthy construction process
moving Fun Time from a dip/apidated 37 old double wide trailer to a
new state-of-the-art schoolhouse and increasing enrollment from 36
preschoolers to a maximum of 84; and,
WHEREAS, Franny Kain received a rare perfect score from the National
Accreditation Commission for Early Learning Leaders for achieving all
quality markers and standards for exception preschools; and,
WHEREAS, Franny Kain tirelessly devoted nine years to the young children of Fun
Time and through her consistent leadership and expertise formed Fun
Time into the sustainable success it is today.
NOW THEREFORE, be it proclaimed by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida, that June 23, 2015 be designated as
Franny Kain d Fun Time Early Learning Academy Day
