RESOLUTION 91-4
RELATING TO PETITION NO. PU-89-26 FOR EXTENSION
OF PROVISIONAL USE OF PROPERTY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter
t",* 125, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all Counties in Florida the
power to establish, coordinate and enforce zoning and such business
regulations as are necessary for the protection of the public; and •
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the
zoning of particular divisions of the County, among which is the V
granting and extending the time period of Provisional Uses; and
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1990, the Board of County Commissioners
enacted Resolution No. 90-342, which granted a provisional use
pursuant to Ordinance No. 82-2, Provisional Use "b" in the RMF-12
• zone, on the below described property; and
WHEREAS, Section 13, Paragraph 1, Subsection e provides that
the Board of Zoning Appeals may grant an extension of the one (1)
,r. year time period for a provisional use which has not been

commenced;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning Appeals
of Collier County, Florida that the written request of Bryan L.
Weber of SCA Development, Inc. , in interest of the following
described property:
The North one-half of the South one-half of the
North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter, less •
the East 100' and less the West 100' , Section 12,
Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida. The South one-half of the South
