CONFIRMING THE RENAMING OF 11TH
STREET EAST TO 13TH STREET S.E., o .
'1 12TH STREET EAST TO 15TH STREET
S.E. AND 13TH STREET EAST TO 16TH
STREET S.E. ALL LOCATED IN PEARCE
"� SUBDIVISION, IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is authorized pursuant
. ";i to authority in Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or rename
itit streets and roads, except State Roads; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been requested to
a confirm the renaming of 11th Street East to 13th Street S.E., 12th Street
East to 15th Street S.E. and 13th Street East to• 16th Street S.E. These
i: streets are all located in the Pearce Subdivision, Immokalee, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, by this Resolution the official street names will agree
with the names being used; and,
* WHEREAS, it is desirable for identification purposes to confirm the
names of these streets as:
• 4„ 13TH STREET S.E., 15TH STREET S.E., 16TH STREET S.E. '
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida that said street names are hereby confirmed;
and, 1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
