RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE TEN FOOT (10') ALLEY LOCATED
EASTERLY OF THE WESTERLY LOT LINES OF LOTS 6 AND 13 OF •
THE PLAT THEREOF TAMIAMI HEIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT '
1 g BOOK 1, PACE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
I ""— COUNTY, FLORIDA.
R WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, has received a petition from Philip H.
Francoeur as agent for the owner, to vacate part of a recorded plat; and .
WHEREAS, said Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating
said part of said plat, as more fully described below, and notice of said public • '
,
hearing and petition to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely affect the
ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners;
-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER '
COUNTY, FLORIDA that the following described plat be and is hereby vacated:
The ten (10) foot alley located easterly of the westerly
dr lot lines of Lots 6 and 13 of the plat thereof Tamiami •
. Heights as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 29 of the
• Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Said vacated
• .•y allay will remain as a ten (10) foot access, drainage

• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to record
; this Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and to make the
correction on said vacated plat. ,
