RESOLUTION RATIFYING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREE-
`'' MENT BETWEEN COLLIER COUNTY AND THE FEDERATION OF
PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.
' WHEREAS, the Federation of Public Employees has ratified the
contract attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
;t` WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County to ratify said contract subject
to the conditions contained in this Resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the attached

4. Collective Bargaining Agreement is approved in substantially the
form attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference subject
to the following condition. A petition for decertification of
, the Federation of Public Employees has been filed by an employee
" _ or employees of the County. If as a result of that Petition the
Federation is decertified by the Public Employees Relations
Commission, then this ratification of the attached agreement
,XS., shall be void as of the date of any such decertification by the
Public Employees Relations Commission.
