Martha,
I am writing regarding the 2014 item that is highlighted in your e-mail to Dinny.
Housing staff informed me that the box should not have been checked and that a resolution was not presented to
the Board.
Had the CRA been awarded the grant we may have had to amend to the application to remove reference to the
resolution or present a resolution to the Board for monitoring purposes.
Since the CRA was not awarded the grant, I do not believe that either of these two actions are necessary.
Instead, please consider including this e-mail in the Board's records for closure to the issue. If you have any
other recommendations, please let me know. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
