Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines! 8. Attachment RESOLDNO.TION 15- 76 1 6 A 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN RUNAWAY BAY REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 94 THROUGH 98; RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY; AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLAT DEDICATIONS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on July 24, 2012, approved the plat of Runaway Bay Replat for recording; and WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting conditional final acceptance of the roadway and drainage improvements pursuant to Section 10.02.05 D of the LDC, and release of his maintenance security, less 150% of the estimated cost for the final lift of asphalt; and WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department has inspected the roadway and drainage improvements, and is recommending conditional acceptance of said facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that conditional final acceptance is hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Runaway Bay Replat, pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, pages 94 through 98, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance security except for 150% of the estimated cost for the final lift of asphalt. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the future maintenance and other attendant costs for those roadway and drainage improvements are required to be maintained by GB 31, Ltd., and the Fiddler's Creek Community Development District, and Collier County has no responsibility for maintenance of these facilities.
