Attachment 16 09 RESOLUTION No. 2014 30 A RESOLUTION SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 2013-028, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE COLLIER AREA TRANSIT (CAT) BUS FARES AND TRANSIT FEE POLICY, TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BIKE LOCKER RENTAL FEES. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the Collier Area Transit(CAT)bus fares and transit fee policy; and WHEREAS, in July 2013, the Intermodal Transfer Station at the Government Center was opened and included new bike lockers, which require the establishment of locker rental fees,policies and procedures. WHEREAS, on February 12, 2013 and after due consideration on its agenda and majority vote, the Board adopted Resolution 2013-028 establishing the CAT bus fares and transit fee policy; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY THAT: 1.
