A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSED SPECIAL ACT
REPEALING CHAPTER 63-1238, LAWS OF FLORIDA,
RELATING TO COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR
THE FIXING, COLLECTION, AND ACCOUNTING OF FEES TO
BE CHARGED BY THE COUNTY HEALTH UNIT FOR CERTAIN
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, Chapter 63-1238, Laws of Florida, relating to
Collier County, Florida, providing for the fixing, collection, and 1 '
accounting of fees to be charged by the county health unit for
certain services has been superseded b
P by general law and county

ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it to be in

the best interest of Collier County to repeal in its entirety,

Chapter 63-1238, Laws of Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) The proposed Special Act which repeals Chapter 63-1238,
Laws of Florida, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby
approved.

2) The Staff is hereby directed to send the attached
' 4' . proposed Special Act to the Legislative Delegation for 1
; consideration during the 1994 Legislative Session. 1 "
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
