7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Collier County, a political subdivision
of the State of Florida, as Gnan\or, whose post office address is 3335 Tamiami Trail Eaot,
Suite 101. Nap|es, Florida 34112, in consideration of the sum of Ten (10) dollars and other
valuable oonsideraUonn, receipt of which is hereby anknovv|edgad, does hereby grant to Lee
County Electric Cooperative, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, as G,antee, whose
post office address is Post Office Box 5455, North Fort Myens, Florida 33918, and to its
successors and assigns (*the term "assigns" meaning any parson, firm, or corporation owning
by way of assignment all rights under this Agreement or a portion of such righte, with the
Grantee or its other assigns retaining and exercising the other riQhtn), a perpetual easement for
a right-of-way to be used for the construction, openation, and maintenance of one or more
underground electric distribution and or underground transmission |ines, iDC|uding, but not
limited to, wiroo, oab|ea, conduitn, and equipment associated therevv|th, attachments and
appurtenant equipment for fiber optic telecommunications and television purposes (all of the
foregoing hereinafter referred to as 'faci|ities"), undar, in, and across the lands of the Grantor
situated in the County of Collier and State of Florida and being more particularly described as
follows:
Said legal description is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
Together with the right and privilege from time to time to reconatruct, inapec1, alter,
improve, en|arge, add to, change the vo|tage, as well as the nature or physical characteristics
of, rep|ace, ro/novo, or relocate such facilities or any part of them or under and across the right-
of-way described above with all rights and privileges necessary or convenient for the full
enjoyment or the use thereof for the purposes described henein, including, but not limited to, the
right to trim, cut, and keep clear all trees and undergrowth and other obstructions within said
right-of-way and on lands of Grantor adjoining said right-of-way that may interfere with the
proper construction, 0perahun, and maintenance of such facilities or any part of them, the right
to mark the location of any underground facilities by above-ground markers and other suitable
markers, and the right of ingress and egress for personnel and equipment of the Grantor, for the
purpose of exercising and enjoying the rights granted by this easement and any or all of the
rights granted hereunder.
Grontor, its successors and assigno, shall have the right to use and occupy the surface
of the easement area for any purpose consistent with the rights and privileges herein granted
and which will not endanger or interfere with cunotruction, rnaintenance, and operation or
reconstruction of Grantee's utility installations,
By the execution hereof, Grantor covenants that it has the right to convey this easement
and that the Grantee and its successors and assigns shall have quiet and peaceful pnoaes8ion,
use. and enjoyment of this easement and the rights granted hereby.
