7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip LB
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

This First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement ("Amendment") dated this ',-�,y''day of

Florida (the "District") and Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida
(the "County").

WHEREAS, the District and the County entered into that certain Interlocal Agreement o a, 0 (II

dated September 11, 2007 and recorded as document number 4071583, OR: 4281 PG: z o w
1271-1280 in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida (the "Agreement"); o

WHEREAS, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 1 of the Agreement, o zi A
the District is required conduct a traffic study analyzing the transportation and traffic > c; m O

impacts created by Elementary L on or before December 31, 2014 (the "Traffic Study"); Ti °;

WHEREAS, the District postponed the construction of Elementary L beyond the zi N
December 31, 2014 deadline for the Traffic Study; and �'
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Section 1 of the Agreement in order to extend
the deadline for the Traffic Study.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of these premises, the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby mutually acknowledged, the parties herby amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Extension of Deadline for Traffic Study. The first sentence of Section 1 of the
Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following sentence:
"Within three (3) years from the date that Elementary L is opened, or if requested
earlier by the County in writing, the District shall conduct a traffic study,
analyzing transportation and traffic impacts created by Elementary L."
2. Force and Effect of Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect according to the terms and
conditions contain therein. The terms and conditions of this Amendment shall
govern in the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the
Agreement and this Amendment.
