This latter parcel was encumbered by the liens as a result of common ownership by Capri International, Inc. This property is under contract and the lien continues to encumber the property due to the fact that it was owned by Capri International, Inc. at the time of lien imposition. FISCAL IMPACT: Payment of$1,091.21 has been made, consisting of 55 partial payments of $19.84 for the 55 orders imposing liens. If approved by the Board, fines in the amount of $9,017.64 would be waived with respect to 1410 Marion Lane only. The lien balances would continue to encumber all other properties owned by Capri International, Inc. GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with this Executive Summary. LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: The County Attorney's Office has reviewed this item and approved it as to form and legality. Majority support is required for approval.
