Dear client,
I imagine by now you may have received a letter from the county property appraiser suggesting that you must fill out
income and expense information. You are not required to give such information. While it does make winning an appeal
slightly harder there is no requirement that you provide the info.
I am happy to report that if you like we will look at your situation and help you decide if it is in your best interest to file

I am also happy to report that hearings are finished for the appeals we filed last September for our clients and are
awaiting the Value Adjustment Board's official meeting to adopt the new assessments for those properties we
successfully appeal.
