AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
91-102, THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT
CODE WHICH ESTABLISHED THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED
AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBERED 0619N
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100
FOREST HILL BOULEVARD IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP
50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM "GC" GOLF COURSE TO "RSF-4" FOR A
MAXIMUM OF 12 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS;
PROVIDING FOR STAFF AND PLANNING COMMISSION
STIPULATIONS; AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Tim Hancock of Vanassee & Daylor, LLP, representing Sunset, LLC,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the
herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The
zoning classification of the real property as more particularly describe. _bY E~i~ibit
"A", attached hereto and inco~om~ed by referenc~ herein, and located in ~tio~ 19~
Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed fro ' 0c" olr
Course to "RSF-4" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 0619N, as rib~ in
Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code is hereby amended
accordingly. The herein described real prope~y is the same for which the rezone is hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The water management system will be evaluated at the time of Prelimenary
Subdivision Plat application, for impacts on surrounding "RSF-4 residential areas
and compliance with the Collier County Land Development Code.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
