INANCE AMENDING COLLmR COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 72-1, AS
NDED, WHICH CREATED THE COLLmR COUNTY LIGHTING
TRICT BY DELETING MOON LAKE UNITS 1 & 2 FROM THE
LIER COUNTY LIGHTING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION
~ IN CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES; PROVIDING CONFLICT AND
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
SECTION ONE:
AMENDMENTS TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 72-1, AS
AMENDED
Section One of Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1, as amended, is hereby amended ct o_ deleted the
following geographic area from the Collier County Lighting District: ~
MOON LAKE UNITS I & 2, the boundaries of which are hereinafter described:
Pages
103-106,
inclusive,
All of Moon Lake Unit 1 as recorded in Plat Book 14, of th~.~l~.hc
Records of Collier county, Florida; all being a part of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4cc~£
Section 6, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, containin~ 23 5~es
more or less; and
All of Moon Lake Unit 2 as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 122-123, inclusive, of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida; all being a part of Section 6, Township 50 South, Range 26
East, Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES
The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws and Ordinances
of Collier County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish such,
and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or any other appropriate word.
SECTION THREE: CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other ordinance of Collier County or other applicable law,
the more restrictive shall apply. If any court of competent jurisdiction holds any phrase or portion of the
Ordinance invalid or unconstitutional, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity.of the remaining portion.
SECTION FOUR: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
