A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTIONS OF
LIENS FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN
PAID IN FULL, INCLUDING INTEREST, ARISING FROM
THE 1993, 1994, 1995 AND 1996 DELINQUENT SOLID
WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the
Board of County Commissioners (Board) on September 20, 1994, adopted Resolution No. 94-694
authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and
Disposal Services Special Assessments for 1993; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on
August 22, 1995, adopted Resolution No. 95-475 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for
the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments for 1994; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board
on August 1, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000-236 authorizing the recording of notices of liens
for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments for 1995;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board on
August 1, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000-237 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for
the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments for 1996; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the Board to
approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Liens on all accounts
that have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that

Pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996 Service Year Solid Waste Collection and
Disposal Special Assessments for the accounts numbered below, whereupon liens have been
recorded on real property pertaining to the following accounts:
Account Numbers: 11536, 10090, 10485 and 11390
The Satisfactions of Lien, referencing the accounts identified herein, are hereby approved
and the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board and the Clerk is directed to
record this Resolution and these Satisfactions of Lien individually in the official records of
Collier County:
