A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REVISED PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE CONSTRUCTED WATER IMPROVEMENTS
OF THE REGIONAL WATER SYSTEM. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 1
OF THE COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT. COLLIER COUNTY.
FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY' THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE COUNTY WATER-SEWER
DISTRICT. COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that:
SECTION 1. This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 153. Part II. Florida Ststutes. and other applicable
provisions of law.
SECTION 2. It 1s hereby found and determined as follows:
A. On November 18. 1980. the District Board of the County
Water-S!lwer District (the "District") adopted its Resolution No.-
CWS-80-12 confirming Resolution No. CWS-80-10 and ordering the
construction of the water improvements described therein (the "Project")
to be located along the routes and in the areas described therein.
designating the area to be assessed for the payment of the cost of such
improvements as "Regional Water System. AssesSlDent District No. I" (the
"Assessment District").
B. The construction of thsse assessable water improvements has
now been completed and the water facilities have been placed into
service.
SECTION 3. The District Board. having heard property owners and
other interested persons appearing before the Board as to the propriety
and advisability of confirming such preliminary aBseSS1llent roll. as to
the amounts shown thereon to be sssessed sgainst the lots and parcels of
land to be benefited and aB to the equslization of the assessments on a
basis of justice and right. does hereby confirm such preliminary

SECTION 4. Such assesamenta are hereby found and determined to be
levied in direct proportion to the special and positive benefits to be
received by the properties listsd in the aaaessment roll aa a result of
the acquisition and construction of the Project ordered and authorized
by the Board'a Resolution No. CWS-80-10 adopted November 18. 1980.
SECTION 5. The assessments confirmed hereby may be paid no later
than -Aucuet- }.9 r -:1985- September 2. 1985 at the office of the district
clerk without interest. Thereafter. such assesaments aha 11 be payable
annually in 20 equal installments with interest not to exceed nine..aiW
