A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING KATHLEEN
DAMMERT AND ROBERT SLEBODNIK TO THE LELY GOLF
ESTATES BEAUTIFICATION MSTU ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87 -69 established the Lely Golf Estates
Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee as a five member advisory committee to advise the
Board of County Commissioners (Board) on matters pertaining the Lely Golf Estates
Beautification Municipal Services Taxing Unit; and
and
WHEREAS, there are two seats expiring on October 1, 2014 on this Advisory Committee;
WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from
interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Lely Golf Estates Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the
Board with its recommendation for reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that KATHLEEN DAMMERT and
ROBERT SLEBODNIK are each hereby individually reappointed to the Lely Golf Estates
Beautification Advisory Committee to serve four year terms, said terms to expire on October 1,
2018.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 23 d day of September, 2014.
