By entering into this Agrccn'|ent the County docs not guarantee and thc Owner cannot rclv upon
the fact that the project's final plat will be approved upon submission to the Board of ~ountv
Commissioners. The Owner is required to comply with all of thc provisions and procedures
the Land Development Code before the final plat can bc subnfitted ro thc Board t't~r
