SECTION 7
I.I,MITATIONS
This Agreement shall expire thirty (30) days l¥om thc date ol 'he issuance .,1' ti~c l'rclimin;trv
Work Permits it' thc project's final plat is not submitted to thc lloard ol' C'ountv Commissioncr'~
fi~r approval pursuant to Division
~., of thc l.and l)cvclopmcnt Code. unless the Owner is
delayed in having his final plat rcvicxxcd by thc Board duc to thc fimlt of thc County. All work
approved by this Agreement must cease and not restart if thc final plat is not submitted and

approved by the Board of County Commissioners within this authori×atior~ period. No work is
authorized under this Agreement prior to satistying the conditions (a) and (b) in Section 3 of this
Agreement. Any attempt to commence xvork prior to issuance of requisite permits shall render
all provisions of this Agreement null and void.
By entering into this Agreement the County does not guarantee and th< ()wrier cannot rely upon
the fact that thc prqjcct's linal plat ,,,.'ill be approved upon submission to thc Board of County
Commissioners. Thc ()~.,,ner is required to comply with all of thc provisions and procedures of
thc l.and I.)eveh~pment Code betbre tire lit'mi plat can be submitted to thc Board for
consideration.
