WARRANTY DEED
This Warranty Deed is made this l ~ day of &~lU.J ,2005, by
THE DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, whose
mailing address is 5775 Osceola Trail, Naples, Florida 34109, (hereinafter referred to as
Grantor), and COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, its
successors and assigns, whose address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112,
(hereinafter called the Grantee).
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives,
and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, trusts and trustees,)
Witnesseth, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NOIlOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate, lying and being in
Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold, the same in fee simple forever.
And Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantor that the Grantor is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said
land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes for the current and subsequent years,
zoning and use restrictions imposed by governmental authority, restrictions and
easements common to the subdivision, and all outstanding oil, gas and mineral
instruments of record, if any.
