RFSOLUPION TO VACATE THE PLAT OF I" MAR PARK AS REMROED IN
PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 47 AND 48 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF
COLLIER COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA.
C, WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, the Board of County
Cortmissioners of Collier County, Florida has received a petition frcm Gulf Harbor

'-� Joint Venture as petitioner to vacate the plat of Lago Mar Park for the purpose

of replatting; and
WHEREAS, said Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating
said portion of said plat, as more fully described below and notice of said
public hearing and petition to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely affect
the ownership or right of convenient access of other
property owners; and

NOW, ARE, BE IT RF.SOLVF.D BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CCNff4ISSIONER$ OF

COLLIER CWT, FLOPJDA, that Lago Mar Park as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 47
and 48 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Official Records of Collier County and to make the notation of
this vacation on said plat.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring
same.
