DIAZ, an unmarried woman, whose mailing address is 15 Doral Circle, Naples, Florida 34113 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER- SEWER DISTRICT, whose mailing address is c/o 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"). THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY. This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to Grantor's lands as described above, and for the purpose of construction, removal and installation of public improvements within an existing platted easement area and storing material and equipment adjacent thereto. This Temporary Construction Easement shall expire one (1) year from the completion of the construction of the public improvements, or the termination of the contractor's one- year warranty period for the public improvements installed during this project (Doral Circle Utilities Rehab Project No. 710101.3.2). Grantee shall restore the surface of the Easement Area to the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto, but shall not restore any landscaping or other material over the utilities installed within the platted easement area in accordance with the Collier County Utility Standards.
