A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2013-
153, THE COLLIER COUNTY GROWTH MANAGEMENT
DIVISION/PLANNING AND REGULATION FEE SCHEDULE TO
PROVIDE FOR NEW FEES FOR NEW PROCESSES; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on July 9, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved
Resolution 2013-153, establishing a revised Collier County Growth Management
Division/Planning and Regulation Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to amend the prior resolution to provide a fee schedule for
site plan with deviations for redevelopment and for zoning verification letters — planned unit
development comparable use determinations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,that:
The Board of County Commissioners hereby amends Resolution No. 2013-153, the
Collier County Growth Management Division/Planning and Regulation Fee Schedule, to add the
following fees:
F)17) Site Plan with Deviations for Redevelopment (SDP/SDPA/SIP-DR). Application
fee to request deviation(s) for a redevelopment project $1,000. This fee is in addition to the fee
for a SDP, SDPA or SIP application.
K)37) Zoning Verification Letter — Planned Unit Development (PUD) Comparable Use
Determination application fee $1,000. Note: This application and fee is distinct from the Zoning
Confirmation Letter found elsewhere in the Fee Schedule.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board declares that these fees are all fair and
reasonable sums to be assessed to the Land Development Code and the County's corresponding
development review and permitting process.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereby amended, Resolution No. 2013-153
remains in full force and effect.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this 24th day
of September, 2013.
