A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIEN
FOR A CERTAIN ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN PAID IN
FULL, INCLUDING INTEREST, ARISING FROM THE
1994 DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, the Board on
August 22, 1995, adopted Resolution No. 95 -475 authorizing the recording of notices of liens for
the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special assessments for 1994; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, requires the Board to
approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Lien on all accounts
that have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, the Board recognizes full payment
and receipt of the 1994 Service Year Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Special Assessments
for the account numbered below, whereupon a lien has been recorded on real property pertaining
to the following accounts:
Account Numbers: 13932
The Satisfaction of Lien, referencing the account identified herein is hereby approved and
the Chairwoman is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board and the Clerk is directed to
record this Resolution and this Satisfaction of Lien individually in the official records of Collier
County:
This Resolution is hereby adopted after motion, second and majority vote this 1oA�day of

OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA was the owner and holder of a certain Lien against:

principal sum of One Hundred Four Dollars And Thirty Seven Cents ($ 104.37), plus accrued interest and
penalties, if any, and imposes certain obligations against real property situated in Collier County, Florida,

Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereby acknowledges receipt of payment in full
