'Jj. 79-62).WHEREAS, the petitioner William J. Ryan, Jr. desires to build a ; home at Lot 19, Block 14, Unit 2, Bonita Shores (528 West Valley ;v. . t lj Drive) and has requested a variance from the Minimum Base Flood r Elevation required by the Ord.
