Tamiami Trail Naples, FL 34112 Dear Mrs. Filson: Rccicved your letter advising me that I must reapply for membership to the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council for a three year term. Please consider this letter as my application to be reappointed to the EMS Advisory Council. Have enjoyed my membership on the Council and would like very much to continue. Having three degrees in health care sciences shows my interest in the health field at all levels of care. I consider our EMS Program as one of Collier County's greatest strengths. Have tried to make sure Marco Island knows about the County's EMS program. It has been an honor to serve Collier County by serving on advisory committees. It is one way citizens can play an active role to maintain our county as one of the best places to live. Quality health and safety is a primary goal that I value. Would be happy to serve. Can provide a resume if that is needed. Sincerely, c:236.:4 Fay R.
