Dear Mrs. Filson:
On behalf of myself and the Cleveland Clinic in Naples, Florida, I would like to be considered
for membership on the Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council, as a member at-large.
My experience with emergency medical problems and my role as the Medical Director of The
Cleveland Clinic here in Naples, Florida, would serve well in helping to advise the
Commissioners wisely on problems that arise in delivering emergency medical services to the
community of Collier County.
Enclosed, please find my curriculum vitae for your consideration. I would also like to offer that
the Cleveland Clinic is quickly becoming a valuable member of the Collier County community
at-large and specifically in the healthcare fielding. I think that it would be in the interest of the
members of our community to have a medical representative from one of it's leading hospitals
on this board. I look forward to serving at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners and will
commit myself to this three-year term.
Respectfully,
