Fay Biles inquired "if the EMS Billing Department had collected the $160,000 they were to
collect before the Gray Oaks station could continue with plans. Chief Flagg stated they had
collect above the amount required and station will now be constructed.
Chairman Laird commented that "there had not been any complaints received by the EMS
department in several months. Chief Flagg stated "there has been a survey placed on the back of
the transport statements for patient remarks concerning the service they received. The response
has well overwhelming.
