the Health Dept. for TB test, Hepatitis, Hep B.
Vacinne or "looking into Aids test" (Would you
really want to know?)
REMINDER Notify Bill of any outside jobs
Copy all licenses & recerts for 526
No jobs 8 hours prior to going on duty
OVERTIME Big discussion on this. Still using old way
during office hours. Supervisors having trouble
getting people after hours. If you have a pager,
it will be beneficial. They are thinking of an
availability list. If this comes about, remember,
you sign up, you are committed. Remember also:
If you refuse for any reason, it is tacked on your
hours.
ZONE 6 505-510 will flip a coin at the beginning of each
shift. Once this determination has been made,
then every other response is to be alternated
between the two units. If on any given shift day
one or the other unit is running the majority of
transports to Naples and the involved crew feel
they are becoming over fatigued, it is highly
recommended that they contact the on duty
supervisor of the situation and let the supervisor
make any operational changes that may be
necessary.
