The undersigned, in consideration of the payment of $1.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to
Florida Power & Light Company, its licensees, agents, successors, and assigns ( "FPL "), a non-
exclusive easement forever for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and
underground electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appurtenant
equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge,
change the voltage, as well as, the size of and remove such facilities or any of them within an
easement described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" ( "Easement Area ")
Together with the right to permit FPL to attach wires to any facilities hereunder and lay cable and
conduit within the easement and to operate the same for FPL's communications purposes; the
right of ingress and egress to the Easement Area at all times; the right to clear the land and keep it
cleared of all trees, undergrowth and other obstructions within the Easement Area; to trim and cut
and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs outside of the
easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the lines or systems of communications or
power transmission or distribution; and further grants, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the
power to grant, if at all, the rights hereinabove granted on the Easement Area heretofore
described, over, along, under and across the roads, streets or highways adjoining or through said
Easement Area.

THE EAST HALF OF
SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A tract of parcel of land lying in the East Half of Section 36, Township 49 South,
Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, which tract or parcel is more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the East Half of said Section 36
thence North 00 °27'28" West on the west line of the East Half of said
Section 36 for 200.00 feet to the southwest corner of those lands
described in Official Records Book 601, page 806, public records of
Collier County, Florida; thence South 89 °14'43" East on the southerly
line of said lands for 1,287.41 feet; thence North 00 °45'17" East
departing said southerly line for 61.29 feet to the southwest corner of
an Florida Power & Light Company Easement as recorded in Official
Records Book 4672, page 1085, said public records; thence
South 83 °15'34" East on the south line of said easement for 10.02 feet
to the southeast corner of said easement; thence the following bearings
and distance on the east line of said easement: North 02 °53'16" East for
98.00 feet; North 00 °46'55" West for 343.75 feet; North 04 °09'21" West
for 85.86 feet; North 13 °31'32" West for 21.49 feet; North 00 °43'50"
